As a remote telehealth provider, you will engage with patients through secure digital platforms, accessing a wide range of tools to facilitate therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual challenges and goals.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to effectively deliver mental health interventions for individuals, couples, and families in a telehealth setting.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and address prevalent mental health themes.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, LCP, LSCSW, or LMFT in the state of Kansas.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic methodologies, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective, individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
