Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with stable, low acuity adults who present with a spectrum of mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Your empathetic approach will aid in fostering a therapeutic alliance that enables clients to navigate their issues and work towards meaningful improvements in their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• One of the following full licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in supporting client well-being.

Innvouz offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on working hours and caseload management. Additional benefits include:
