Role Overview: The Pharmacy Consulting Services Clinical Specialist leads clinical content and workflow initiatives for home infusion engagements with partner health systems. Key Responsibilities Develops and supports the clinical aspects of home infusion business cases, including implementation and ongoing operations. Provides clinical validation for data used in business planning. Creates best practice policies, including medication protocols for specialty infused products. Designs efficient referral workflows, documentation, and communication tools to streamline processes. Develops staffing models and operational hours based on clinic volume data. Guides and supports the implementation of business operations and workflows. Engages with clinic stakeholders to inform business plan development. Qualifications & Skills: A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required; a Master's in Business Administration or Management is preferred. Excellent clinical, analytical, and communication skills are essential. Travel may be required.
