Pharmacist Consultant

Role Overview: The Pharmacy Consulting Services Clinical Specialist leads clinical content and workflow initiatives for home infusion enablement with partner health systems. They develop business cases, plan implementations, and serve as the primary clinical contact for partners. Key Responsibilities: Lead clinical aspects of home infusion business case development, implementation, and ongoing support Provide clinical validation for data used in business planning Develop policies, procedures, and medication protocols for specialty infused products Assess and optimize referral workflows, including documentation and communication tools Design staffing models and operational hours based on clinic volume indicators Support and guide business operations and workflow implementation Engage with clinic stakeholders to inform business plans Travel up to 15% nationwide may be required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required; Master’s in Business Administration/Management preferred.
