Express Service Advisor-Ford

The responsibilities of an Express Service Advisor include greeting customers, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments as needed. Pay Range: $35,000 to $75,000 annually Service Advisor Responsibilities: * Greet customers promptly * Obtain customer and vehicle information * Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer * Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle * Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently

Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order * Explain all completed work and charges to customers Service Advisor Requirements:

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus

Ability to identify the problem quickly * Knowledge of automobiles * Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction * Experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant * Very energetic personality * A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization * Personal and professional integrity * Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs * Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications * Minimum of 1 year in service department * Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills * Positive, friendly attitude * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record Korum Automotive Group offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
