Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and behavioral health needs, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop fully individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s distinct goals and preferences, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain an environment of trust and safety by establishing strong therapeutic alliances with clients and their families.

• Educate clients and their families on various treatment options for mood disorders, emphasizing the importance of self-care and coping strategies.

• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, ensuring treatment plans are adjusted as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client's mental and physical health.

Qualifications\n
