Job Description

The person in this role will perform as an Administrative Analyst supporting a Joint Interagency Task Force that reports to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, to better align authorities and resources to rapidly deliver Joint C-sUAS capabilities to America's warfighters, defeat adversary threats, and promote sovereignty over national airspace. Responsibilities:

• Provides senior executive level secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources supporting the JIATF and others as necessary
• Individual work may also include handling sensitive or confidential information
• Manage JIATF calendar using MS Outlook
• Performs in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support
• Prepares a variety of documents, such as correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software
• Advises writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications
• May be required to train lower-level administrative support analyst

Qualifications: Required:

• High School Diploma/ Equivalent and more than 5 Years Experience
• Must have an active Secret Clearance
• Proficient in MS Office Suite of Software
• Proficient with Defense Travel System

Desired:

• Bachelor's degree or higher and more than 5 years' experience or High School Diploma/ Equivalent and more than 10 Years Experience
• Some knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
