Job Title: Technician Job Description

We are seeking candidates with a mechanical inclination to join our team as a Technician. This role involves working with basic hand tools to perform repairs and refurbishments on hospital beds. The position also requires preparing, sanding, cleaning, and properly storing parts for inventory.

• Perform repairs and refurbishments on hospital beds.
• Prepare, sand, and clean parts for inventory.
• Use standard hand tools for repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct sanding, painting, and work on casters and hydraulics.

• Experience with mechanical repairs.
• Proficiency in using basic hand tools.
• Ability to service and repair equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.

• Entry-level position; training provided.
• Self-starter capable of working independently.

Join a supportive team in an entry-level role where tools are provided. This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity in a long-term role, with work scheduled during the first shift.

Work in a shop environment located in southern Indiana, where you will be part of a dynamic team focused on quality and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrenceburg, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
