Job Details Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently. Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or individual. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for the accounting team. Assist with the preparation of tax documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for all client records and documents. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all client inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Provide administrative support to the team, including handling mail, scanning, faxing, and photocopying documents. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times, handling sensitive financial information with utmost care. Qualifications: Proven experience working with tax clients and public accounting. Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a fast typing speed. Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent.
