Sales Representative - Location: Pittsburgh, PA (office-based with required travel) Triad Metals International - Established 1987Triad Metals International is a privately held, relationship-driven distributor of structural steel, tubing, pipe, piling, and plate serving the United States and Canada. We combine long-standing industry expertise with forward-looking innovation to deliver dependable service and build strong partnerships with customers, vendors, and teammates.We're seeking a motivated, self-directed; Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new business across the region. This is a results-oriented, hands-on role that manages the full sales cycle-from quoting through shipment-working closely with credit, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams. What you'll doManage the full sales lifecycle: prepare quotes, coordinate orders, track shipments, and resolve post-sale issues.Prospect and develop new accounts to expand the territory.Maintain and grow relationships with current customers.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.Prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.Travel regularly within the territory; based out of the Triad sales office on Neville Island, PA. What we're looking for2+ years of sales experience.Strong client relationship skills, and problem-solving ability.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self- starter.Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. What we offerCompetitive base salary plus commission.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Company-matched 401(k).Ongoing training and career growth opportunities.Supportive, team-oriented culture that values initiative and long-term relationships.
