Customer service representative

The Customer Service Rep position is a Key Position within the team who is responsible for answering the phones, providing communication to health care providers, patients and other internal customers. They are responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient initial and refill shipments. Must be able to work 100% Onsite for 6 to 8 weeks of training. After training is completed, monthly onsite rotation. Possible Temp to Hire opportunity. Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience preferrably in healthcare and/or pharmacy
• Previous Call Center experience
• Previous Healthcare experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid problem solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required either before or on the first day of employment.
• Excellent telephone skills

salary: $16 - $17 per hour

work hours: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
• Provide accurate information to the caller.
• Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
• Resolve the callers' needs.
• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for the caller.
• Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
• Training will be onsite from 8am-430pm for the first 6-8 weeks or until successful completion of training. Monday-Friday.

• This is a hybrid position. If requirements are not met consistently, you will be brought back onsite.
