Knowledgeable about food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness Cook sushi rice, roll sushi and prepare plates for the conveyor belt. Qualifications: Previous sushi chef, sushi roll maker, prep cook, line cook or kitchen experience preferred Familiarity with food safety, sanitation and temperature control procedures Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred Benefits: We value our employees' time and efforts!
