What You’ll Be DoingAs a Line/Prep Cook at Eggslut, you’ll play a key role in creating the delicious dishes our guests know and love. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and assembling ingredients to meet our quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Following recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency.
- Collaborating with team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Contributing to a positive and energetic kitchen environment.
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Certification: ServSafe or other Food Handler certification (required).
- Work Authorization: Valid U.S. identification/work authorization (required).
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
- Guest Service: A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend, crouch, stand, and move for 8-10 hours a day.
- Capability to lift heavy items (20+ lbs).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with wet floors, noise, and temperature extremes.
