What We’re Looking For:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Previous experience or strong interest in school nursing (K-12 preferred)
• Flexibility to serve both general caseloads and individualized 1:1 assignments as needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Ability to respond quickly and professionally to student health needs and emergencies
• Commitment to promoting a healthy school environment and supporting student well-being

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to students, including assessments, medication administration, and management of chronic conditions
• Participate in health screenings, immunization tracking, and the development of student health plans
• Provide 1:1 medical support for students with specific health needs, as required
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Serve as a resource regarding student health concerns to faculty, staff, and parents
• Contribute to health education and wellness initiatives within the school community
