Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN required)
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or community health setting preferred
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational abilities and quick decision-making in fast-paced environments
• Ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and healthy atmosphere for children and adolescents

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect nursing care to K-12 students
• Administer routine and emergency medication, treatments, and first aid
• Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans
• Promote health education for students and staff
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Serve as a liaison between families, school personnel, and external healthcare providers
