Work Setting: In-Person Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for a variety of positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers. Manage multiple job openings simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Coordinate interviews, background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding. Maintain accurate applicant records and update recruiting databases. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries. Collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and client expectations. Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or customer service experience preferred. Outstanding multitasking and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
