Recruitment Marketing SpecialistTrillium is a locally owned and nationally ranked staffing firm, celebrating 43 years in business here in West Michigan. Trillium is expanding their corporate support team and has an immediate opening for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist!The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is a new role in our corporate marketing department that supports national accounts and candidates across the country and will involve the following:Handle incoming inquiries from job seekers from the Trillium website via email, SMS and phoneWork directly with the Marketing Manager to actively post and market jobs on the Trillium website, Indeed and other job board partnersHandle incoming inquiries from employers looking to hireAssists with marketing jobs to candidates using SMS, email and AI based automation toolsThis is an in-office position located in Kalamazoo, MI with an interactive team who collectively hires more than 1,000 people across the country each year. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The pay rate is up to $20/hour, depending on experience.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail, computer skills and customer service skillsPrevious experience in an HR, recruiting or staffing role preferredAt least 2 years of experience in a service roleMust pass pre-employment screeningsTrillium has been recruiting and placing clerical and office professionals for over 30 years.
