Are you looking to join a dynamic team in the accounting industry? Ultimate Roofing is seeking a skilled Construction Bookkeeper to join our team in Morgantown, WV. As a Construction Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for numbers, we want to hear from you!
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage journal entries and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements for review
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounts are up to date
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Experience with bank reconciliations
- Ability to generate financial reports
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience with invoicing and file management
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year
