Key Responsibilities\n \n Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, identifying any areas of concern and appropriate therapeutic interventions. \n Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to devise customized treatment plans that address their specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance their therapeutic journey. \n Regular Therapy Sessions: Engage in ongoing individual and/or group therapy sessions via telehealth, equipping clients with essential coping strategies and tools to address their challenges effectively. \n Collaboration and Referrals: Work alongside other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, making referrals when necessary to psychiatrists or additional specialists. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The clients you will work with may present a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. A commitment to culturally empathetic care is essential, as our diverse clientele reflects various backgrounds, experiences, and mental health needs. Qualifications\n \n A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas. \n A minimum of four years of related clinical experience in mental health counseling. \n A profound understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies. \n Experience providing therapy to both individuals and groups, employing inclusive and culturally responsive practices. \n Exceptional crisis intervention skills, remaining calm and effective during challenging situations. \n Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport with diverse clients. \n Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in telehealth delivery methods and virtual patient management. \n Specialized training or certification in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
