Why You'll Love This Opportunity Newly created position with the opportunity to make a lasting impact Help build and enhance the company's compensation programs Play a key role in the upcoming HRIS implementation Partner directly with HR business partners and talent acquisition Hybrid work environment with flexibility Growing organization who invests in their employees What You'll Do Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis Build and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and job architecture Support merit, bonus, and incentive compensation programs Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on compensation recommendations Develop reporting and analytics while helping implement a new Compensation module The role offers the ideal blend of analytical work and hands-on compensation administration What We're Looking For 2+ years of dedicated compensation experience Strong market pricing and salary survey experience Experience with compensation structures and pay grades Advanced Excel skills Collaborative, analytical, and relationship-focused Hybrid work environment (travel to St. Louis office 1x per quarter) 401(k) with a 100% company match on the first 6% of employee contributions #J-18808-Ljbffr
