About the Team 

The Marketing Team works closely with our global marketing team, cross-functional departments, and local partners to bring Xpanner's brand, products, and technology to the market. The team manages a wide range of initiatives, including trade shows and events, marketing campaigns and special projects, public relations and communications, creative production and asset management, merchandise procurement, and opportunities across digital and emerging platforms. As Xpanner continues to grow, the Marketing Team plays an important role in strengthening our market presence, supporting sales activities, and enabling the company's day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

Step into a dynamic role on a fast-paced team where your daily contributions directly drive Xpanner's industry presence and company growth. You will leverage your existing skills in digital media, event coordination, and creative design to provide essential support across our marketing channels, with clear opportunities to take on more complex projects and expand your scope as you grow.

Core Responsibilities:

Event & Trade Show Coordination

• Support Live Events: Assist in organizing and executing hands-on marketing for events, conferences, trade shows, demo yard, and other new projects
• Vendor Coordination: Help maintain smooth, day-to-day relationships with our external partners, coordinating details with printers, venues, and agencies.

Digital Marketing Support

• Maintain Brand Presence: Support our daily digital operations by drafting updates, monitoring community engagement, and publishing content across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the Xpanner website.
• Campaign Assistance: Drive growth marketing by helping the team track, build, and coordinate paid media campaigns across key search and social platforms.

Creative Production Assistance

• Graphic Design & Media Production: Collaborate with the team on graphic design updates and assist in the setup and execution of photo and video shoots.
• Post-Production & Editing: Apply your editing skills to refine raw photo and video content into high-quality assets that demonstrate our technology in the field.

Marketing Operations & Coordination

• Streamline the Workflow: Curate and manage our digital marketing asset library to ensure cross-functional teams have what they need to move fast.
• Manage the Gear: Oversee our marketing equipment and maintain a seamless inventory of branded materials and accessories across our California and Texas hubs.

 

What You'll Bring 

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional marketing role, including 1+ year of experience in event coordination.
• Ability to work on-site four days per week in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
• Must be able to work in outdoor field conditions and lift, carry, and handle equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Founder's mentality: Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and take initiative
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Creative Production: working knowledge of drones, cameras, camcorders, lighting, photo/video editing, Adobe Creative Suite tools, generative AI tools, and related creative production software.
• Digital marketing: in-depth understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms such as; paid media platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads; SEO/AEO/GEO best practices; and analytics/webmaster tools.
• Web platform skills: working knowledge of graphic and web design, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, WordPress, and related website management workflows.
