Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Byron Center that are seeking Inside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and identify sales opportunities for manufacturing solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective manufacturing clients.
• Present product demonstrations and articulate value propositions for manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with field sales to develop and close manufacturing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms for manufacturing products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas for manufacturing solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems in a manufacturing context
• Familiarity with technical product specifications or engineering drawings
• Prior experience selling into distribution channels
• Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale)
