Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled AI Enterprise Architect to define and lead the target-state architecture for AI-driven claims platforms and intelligent automation solutions . This role will focus on designing scalable, modular, secure, resilient, and cloud-native architectures that enable agentic workflows, AI/ML integration, reporting, intelligent automation, and enterprise-grade operational resilience .

The Architect will work closely with engineering, AI/ML, data science, platform, security, enterprise architecture, and business teams to establish reusable architectural patterns, modernization strategies, technology standards, and architectural guardrails supporting Claims AI 10.0 initiatives across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) .

The ideal candidate will bring strong solution, platform, or enterprise architecture experience combined with a solid understanding of modern AI/ML architecture, cloud-native platforms, intelligent automation, event-driven systems, security, reliability, observability, and enterprise governance. This individual will establish the architectural north star, guide major transformation initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior technology and business leaders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in solution architecture, platform architecture, enterprise application architecture, or enterprise architecture .
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, modular, cloud-native platforms using AWS, Azure, or both.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML architecture patterns, intelligent automation, agentic AI, and modern application architecture .
• Experience designing or architecting solutions involving AI agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG, model integration, decision logic, and AI-enabled automation .
• Strong understanding of API, data, integration, event-driven, and distributed architecture patterns .
• Experience establishing and enforcing architectural governance, standards, guardrails, reference architectures, and enterprise alignment .
• Experience designing enterprise platforms for reliability, observability, resilience, security, performance, compliance, and operational readiness .
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and modern cloud-native technologies.
• Ability to translate business objectives and requirements into technical architectures, modernization strategies, and delivery roadmaps .
• Proven ability to work across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) and complex enterprise environments.
• Experience partnering effectively with engineering, AI/ML, data science, platform, security, enterprise architecture, product, and business teams .
• Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI considerations, safety controls, human-in-the-loop processes, observability, and bias mitigation.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging technologies and lead proofs of concept or technology pilots .
• Strong communication, influence, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex architecture concepts, solution alternatives, risks, and technical trade-offs effectively to both technical teams and senior business and technology leadership .
