We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our M&A and Corporate practices’ Korea team at our offices across Germany. Your role Your future role will include providing comprehensive advice to our Asian clients, particularly from Korea, on M&A transactions and corporate law as well as assisting German companies with their activities in Asia. Gleiss Lutz has advised on a large number of transactions involving Korean parties in recent years and has established a strong reputation as a leading law firm for Korean investors in Germany.
