Business Office Manager

We have an opening for Business Office Manager to manage the business offices at Bozeman Outpatient Surgery Center . Bozeman Outpatient Surgery Center is a fast‑paced, multi‑specialty ambulatory surgery center (ASC). We believe health and care are inseparable. What You Will Do (Job Summary): The Business Office Manager provides day‑to‑day management of the business office staff and will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our healthcare facility. You will oversee and manage the business office operations and revenue cycle functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Some Key Duties Include: Lead an efficient, successful, highly focused customer‑service trained business office team, including surgery scheduling, admissions/registration, insurance verification, collections/billing. Manage revenue cycle process, including establishing and maintaining protocols for the charge entry, completing all month‑end close processes, and other financial processes. Ensure compliance with industry regulatory standards as well as USPI Business Office standards, policies and procedures. What We Offer: Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in a business or HIM related field. 3+ years’ supervisory experience in a medical office setting; hospital business office, surgery center business office, physician’s business office. Experience with revenue cycle processes. Proficiency in accounting and ability to use computer automated accounting systems. Experience working with all types of third‑party payers (HMO, PPO, Medicare/Medicaid, etc.). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Demonstrates accountability, integrity, professionalism, openness, receptiveness to change, creativity and innovation.
