Salary: $98,400 - 184,200 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a STEM field plus 5 years of experience, or 3 years with a masters degree, or 0 years with a PhD, for the Principal level
• Bachelors degree in a STEM field plus 8 years of experience, or 6 years with a masters degree, or 4 years with a PhD, for the Sr. Principal level
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance at the time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation completed within the last 6 years
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and Special Access Program access within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by business needs, for the Principal level
• Current Special Access Program approval at the time of hire for the Sr. Principal level
• 1 year of experience in requirements management, analysis, and allocation for the Principal level
• 2 years of experience in requirements management, analysis, and allocation for the Sr. Principal level
• 1 year of experience with Model-Based Engineering / Model-Based Systems Engineering practices, languages, or tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or MagicDRAW for the Principal level
• 2 years of experience with Model-Based Engineering / Model-Based Systems Engineering practices, languages, or tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or MagicDRAW for the Sr. Principal level
• 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas: Command & Control, physical security, cybersecurity, Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications systems/processes, communications systems, facility design, or military aerospace development for the Principal level
• 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Command & Control, physical security, cybersecurity, Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications systems/processes, communications systems, facility design, or military aerospace development for the Sr. Principal level
• Experience developing or reviewing requirements in DOORS or a similar tool is preferred
• Self-motivated, able to take on challenges, solve problems with limited oversight, and recommend process or solution improvements to leadership
• Experience working in team settings with leadership responsibilities is preferred
• Experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Support use case development, requirements definition and allocation, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification and validation, and requirements traceability
• Work with program IPT partners to develop supporting systems engineering and design artifacts
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to build and mature architecture content for large-program designs
• Help develop and integrate the appropriate system requirements and ensure they are accurately represented in the model
• Create systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture across behavioral, structural, and analytical views
• Contribute to systems requirements development, management, and analysis
• Develop unified model techniques, procedures, and processes for model development, tool integration, and team integration
