Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hour Responsibilities

• Monitor and support day-to-day operations of the service team.  
• Support customers by scheduling requests for service, creating invoices, and answering all questions.  
• Create, input, and invoice all annual monitoring accounts.  
• Invoice all annual Test & Inspection contracts.   
• Invoice all service-related work.  
• Review daily monitoring late to test reports, coordinate contacting customer with service manager.   
• Input vendor invoices into Sage50 as needed.  
• Review all outgoing service invoices and transactions for accuracy.  
• Creates purchase orders for equipment as needed.  
• Coordinates with sales and service teams on purchasing activities to maintain adequate inventory.   
• Analyze and evaluate information to choose the best solution to solve problems and address issues.   
• Report on performance and recommend improvements as needed.  
• Perform other related duties as required.  

Required Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required.  
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.  
• Reliable transportation and driver's license.  
• Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills.  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.  
• Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word.  

Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hour
