- Support full-cycle recruiting, including scheduling interviews and coordinating the hiring process.
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and confidential.
- Support employee engagement, training, and performance review processes.
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Prepare reports and assist with operational projects.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, Administration, or a related role preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
