Our client is a global alternative asset manager who is looking to add a talented Human Resources Operations Associate to their growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aiding in onboarding/offboarding processes
- Improve processes and automations
- Serve as a right hand to the HR team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proficiency in Workday
- Strong written/oral communications
SENIORITY LEVEL: Associate
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
