Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting with an outpatient focus, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while you maintain a balance of professional responsibilities and personal life. Our work hours are typically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based methodologies to formulate personalized treatment plans for individuals.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring each approach is tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Record and maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with a dedicated team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, engaging in case consultations to enhance patient care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and accessible community resources, fostering greater awareness and empowerment.

• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements within the field of mental health to ensure continual growth in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other emotional disturbances. Your contributions will directly influence their mental well-being and personal growth as you employ individualized therapeutic interventions to help them navigate their paths to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
