Customer Service Representative Staff Management Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Schedule: 1st Shift: 8:30AM - 5PM Plus Overtime Pay Rate: $20 hour Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support by assisting customers with product information, order status, delivery inquiries, and account-related questions. This role is responsible for resolving customer concerns, processing and following up on requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and organization. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Communicate with customers regarding products, delivery, order status, and answer inquiries. Proactively resolve escalated customer issues. Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in person and on the phone. Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team. Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management. Customer-focused with the ability to process, expedite and follow up on customer requests. Must be organized. Must assist with special projects and other responsibilities when needed. Job Requirements: MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish. High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience preferred (3+ years is a plus). Experience in a call center, office, retail, or administrative environment is an advantage.
