Senior Trademark Paralegal

A leading intellectual property law firm is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to support its U.S. trademark practice. This hybrid role focuses on trademark clearance, prosecution, and search analysis, with an emphasis on conducting knockout searches and preparing comprehensive search reports. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented legal professional with strong research skills, extensive knowledge of U.S. trademark procedures, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct preliminary trademark searches using USPTO, WIPO, and commercial databases Analyze search results and prepare detailed trademark clearance reports for attorney review Assist with U.S. trademark prosecution, including preparing and filing applications, drafting goods and services descriptions, and supporting Office Action responses Coordinate with third-party search vendors throughout the trademark clearance process Monitor trademark deadlines and maintain accurate docketing to ensure timely filings Conduct legal research related to U.S. trademark law, procedures, and filing requirements Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, reports, and client correspondence Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to deliver high-quality client service and efficient workflow Requirements 5+ years of trademark paralegal experience, with a strong focus on U.S. trademark prosecution and clearance Extensive knowledge of U.S. trademark law, USPTO procedures, and electronic filing systems Experience conducting and interpreting trademark searches using USPTO, WIPO, and commercial search platforms Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality Law firm or professional services experience preferred Bachelor's degree and/or an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred Experience coordinating third-party search vendors is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
