About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to take on a pivotal role with end-to-end accountability for the marketing function. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in the enterprise space. This role demands a professional who can seamlessly blend commercial acumen, exceptional storytelling, and creative judgment. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for evolving the company's brand, narrative, and positioning, and must be adept at translating complex market and product information into compelling stories. They will also be tasked with building a marketing strategy that is directly linked to the company's growth and revenue goals, with a focus on measurable commercial impact. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, including a proven track record in leadership. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in marketing to enterprise buyers, experience in ABM, demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, and GTM, and a history of successfully building marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue. While experience in mission-driven industries such as healthcare or education is valuable, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have high standards, be intellectually curious, and be capable of operating in a fast-moving environment. They should be comfortable working closely with executives, be adept at managing executive communications and PR, and be motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningful.
