· ARDS, sepsis, COPD, DKA, stroke, etc. (MICU type patients)

· RN: 2:1 for ICU patients, 3:1 for IMC patients

· CNA: 1 CNA will typically assist on the unit, sometimes 2

● Required Licensure & Certifications:

· BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required

· Art line management, vasoactive medication titration, vent management and weaning (with RT support), chest tube management, critical thinking
