Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth platforms.

• Design and implement trauma-informed, culturally responsive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with BBS and HIPAA standards.

• Participate in optional peer consultation, continuing education units (CEUs), and collaborative case discussions to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic approach.

• Deliver care that aligns with your clinical orientation, whether that be somatic, relational, strengths-based, or integrative approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals in need of detox and addiction recovery services. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including substance use disorders, trauma, and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
