Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you'll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoWorks within all aspects of Service Delivery to ensure customer site is operationalEnsures quality and consistency with the IT Ticketing System – CherwellAssists with Asset Management through CherwellAssists other IT teams (Active Directory, Exchange, Server, Storage, Networking, etc) to ensure customer requests are being met in a timely mannerWorks with other IT teams to ensure a coordinated effort with new technology roll outs, upgrades, or changesActs as an escalation point for Helpdesk and responds to and resolves issues promptlyInstalls, maintains, and troubleshoots all computer hardware and softwareAdheres to IT policies and proceduresComposes and maintains technical specifications and documentationResponsible for site-specific IT project participationSupports the business processes, data, analytics, and software applications for the manufacturing system environmentPerforms other duties as assignedWhat You'll NeedMinimum 3 years experience in Service Delivery or other IT support positionsKnowledge of IT support in areas including: PC, Applications (Manufacturing systems preferred), Telecomm (iPhone, Lync, Polycom, Cisco), and Networking protocols (PC / IP, VPNs, Access Control lists, Routing, bridging, etc)Experience with IT Ticketing Systems (Service Now, Cherwell), Desktop Applications and Wireless NetworkingKnowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, Server roles - DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 2010-Current, Skype for BusinessProblem solving skills including root cause analysis and corrective actionAbility to plan, prioritize and drive issues, tasks and deliverables from concept to closureAbility to work across different non-technical and technical functional groupsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the businessAbility to work in a global, multi-site, and cross functional organizationStrong team member and able to contribute in a team environmentExcellent time management skillsAbility to work in all types of weather and environment (Office, Mill, Recycling yard – air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned environments)Able to lift up to 45 poundsAvailable for on-call hoursAvailable for travel up to 25% of the timeYour EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.We are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
