2nd Shift: MondayThursday | 2:30 PM 1:00 AM

$21.50/hour

As a CNC Machine Operator I, you will operate CNC equipment including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and grinders to produce quality metal and non-metal parts. You will set up and operate machines, adjust CNC offsets, load and unload parts, perform inspections, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

What Youll Do

Operate CNC machines within the production cell
Adjust CNC offsets as needed
Read blueprints and job specifications
Load and unload parts into fixtures and operate automatic machine cycles
Perform precision gauging and inspections to ensure quality standards
Complete hourly safety, quality, and production checks
Identify quality issues and follow safety procedures
Communicate with Team Leads and follow work instructions

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desire to learn and grow in a team environment

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 33 lbs. occasionally
Comfortable working around moving machinery, noise, fumes, and varying temperatures
