About the Role Our client is looking for a highly organized and motivated HR Coordinator to support their HR department in Paarl . This role is integral to the smooth functioning of HR operations, focusing on administrative support, recruitment assistance, and employee data management. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure efficient processes and a positive experience for all employees within this picturesque part of the Western Cape. Key Responsibilities Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system. Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed. Help administer employee benefits programs and address basic employee queries. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and the wider HR team. Assist in organizing company events and training sessions. Requirements Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration. 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role. Familiarity with South African labor law is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
