BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Behavior Analyst PositionHighline Public Schools is seeking a Behavior Analyst to join our team of educators for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year! The position provides both direct and consultation services to students with significant social-emotional/behavioral needs; possesses and maintains competency in assessment and analysis of behavior; works collaboratively with IEP teams, special education teachers, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, school psychologists and other special education providers; supervises and guides behavior technicians; works as a cooperative member of a multi-disciplinary team; and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Special Education.Required qualifications include a Masters degree in a related discipline, Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, ESA Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and public school experience as a BCBA or other professional Special Education Provider.
