Business Analyst

Hybrid work arrangement: Monday to Thursday onsite in Austin. Contract type: C/CTH/Perm with a minimum duration of 6 months. Job Title Business Analyst, Order Management System (BA, OMS) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related discipline 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or transformation programs Proven experience documenting current-state processes and workflows Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation Experience working with ERP and OMS platforms, with a strong background in order management/planning processes and the ability to support a dedicated workstream (e.g., SAP, Manhattan) Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured documentation, including demonstrated experience creating Business Value Assessments (BVAs) Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail or consumer goods environments Familiarity with order management systems, inventory and allocation capabilities, product demand planning platforms Experience supporting ERP transformation or large‑scale system implementations Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar Key Skills Process documentation & modeling (flow diagrams, swimlanes) Requirements elicitation & analysis Business Value Assessment (BVA) creation and value articulation Strong systems thinking across ERP/OMS ecosystems Domain expertise in Order Management & Inventory/Allocation spaces Stakeholder facilitation and communication Data analysis and business process optimization Attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into clear artifacts Highly structured thinker who can bring clarity to ambiguous environments Able to balance big‑picture strategy with detailed execution Strong collaborator who can navigate cross‑functional teams and drive alignment #J-18808-Ljbffr Akaasa Technologies
