What You'll Do Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into well‑defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring needs are understood, prioritized, and incorporated into the delivery process. Monitor full team project development and report progress to project managers and leadership, updating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to manage and mitigate roadblocks. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Be readily available to stakeholders to answer questions, gather feedback, and manage expectations, fostering a collaborative and transparent partnership. Monitor sprint and initiative progress, communicating status, risks, escalations, and outcomes to business and technology leadership. Work alongside product leadership to support the roadmap, aligning upcoming features and technical improvements with broader business objectives, and communicating timelines and direction to stakeholders at all levels. Must‑Have Qualifications Experience journey mapping based on subject matter expert interviews and understanding operational processes. Proven ability to collaborate and drive initiatives across multi‑domain teams in an Agile environment, with experience translating business needs into clear product requirements and driving execution from discovery to delivery. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record for building trusted relationships across technology and business stakeholders. Agile training and knowledge of JIRA and Confluence. Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, Visio, and other MS Office products. Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Experience with Rally. Experience in financial services, investment products, and/or operations.
