Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans based on thorough psychological assessments and client history.

• Conduct initial clinical evaluations to determine clients’ needs and establish appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to address the specific challenges faced by clients.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions with a focus on fostering resilience and personal growth.

• Collaborate consistently with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both mental health and social determinants of health.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing our electronic record-keeping systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
