We bring them together under one fiduciary standard - the Family Office.Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates across a variety of professional positions, with a strong focus on financial services, wealth management, accounting, finance, operations, and corporate support functions.The ideal candidate is an experienced talent sourcer who enjoys researching talent markets, uncovering passive candidates, and developing creative sourcing strategies. This individual will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build robust candidate pipelines and support recruiting initiatives across the organization. A key component of this role will be supporting national advisor recruiting efforts, including sourcing experienced Financial Advisors, Attorney's, and CPA professionals, and other client-facing wealth management talent across multiple markets throughout the United States.This role will be 100% onsite at our Scottsdale Corporate office. Duties and responsibilitiesSupport national recruiting initiatives by identifying and engaging experienced Financial Advisors, Estate Attorneys, and other financial services talent across the country.Conduct talent mapping and market research within the wealth management and financial services industry. Conduct initial outreach and engagement of passive candidates through email, phone, text, and social platforms.Build and maintain pipelines of advisor talent for current and future expansion opportunities.Partner with recruiters and leadership to identify strategic advisor recruiting targets and talent-rich markets.Research competitors, industry trends, and advisor movement to support proactive talent acquisition efforts.Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline development, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates.QualificationsBachelor 's degree or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.Experience sourcing passive candidates for professional-level positions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting recruiting efforts within financial services, wealth management, banking, accounting, insurance, or investment advisory environments.Knowledge of financial industry terminology, job functions, and talent pools.Experience sourcing for licensed professionals, advisors, accountants, analysts, or operations professionals.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting CRM platforms.Advanced Boolean search and talent mapping experience.Benefits$75-85K base salary plus bonus 401k with matching component up 13%United Healthcare PPO Medical employee coverage paid by CompanyDelta Dental PPO, United Healthcare Vision, Short Term, Long Term, Life Insurance and many more voluntary options availableGenerous holidays and PTOFuture career growth opportunity.Come and join a team that is making a difference in their clients and employee's lives!
