Assistant Food ManagerKwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to make a difference in the communities we serve. Our Assistant Food Managers are responsible for our food program. They prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, set the example for excellent customer service, ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assist with merchandising, and most importantly ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis.Requirements:Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) primarily 2nd shiftGreat people skillsEnjoy a fast paced work environmentAbility to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quicklyDesire to help othersMaintain a clean and inviting store6 months food experience including customer service and food prepAbility to get others motivated to complete tasks and meet goalsKnowledgeable on food safety and sanitationLift up to 50lbs, walk/stand up to 8-10 hours per dayKwik Trip has rated as a Top Workplace several years running, both nationally and in the states that we operate.
