As a Lead Service Advisor , you’ll:

• Help set the tone for the customer experience

• Support and mentor other advisors and team members

• Take ownership of daily workflow and front counter performance

• Be a key player in driving shop success

• Strong customer service skills with natural leadership ability

• Act as the lead point of contact between technicians, advisors, and customers

• Help manage daily workflow, scheduling, and service execution

• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)

• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role

• Strong automotive knowledge with a drive to keep learning

• Excellent communication and people skills

$50,000–$100,000+ based on experience, performance, and leadership impact
