HR Generalist: Employee Relations & Compliance

MITER Brands in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with leaders and teams, supporting employee relations, compliance, onboarding, benefits, and performance management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will handle policy interpretation, investigations, HR reporting, payroll data support, and HRIS transactions (Workday), while fostering an inclusive workplace. A Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR experience are preferred; certification is #J-18808-Ljbffr
