Outside Sales Representative
Stuart Hose & Pipe, a SunSource company, is the leading hose and pipe distributer in the Southwest with over 70,000 in-stock products. We service a vast range of markets including Oil & Gas, Petrochem, Industrial, Food & Beverage, Construction, Agriculture and many more. Our team of experts raise the bar.

We're looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to own and grow sales in Midland, TX, building strong customer relationships while expanding our footprint with new accounts.
Essential Functions
- Own your territory manage and grow existing accounts while aggressively developing new business
- Be in front of customers uncover needs, recommend solutions, and become a trusted partner
- Hunt and grow source new opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and referrals
- Hit the numbers meet or exceed revenue and margin goals with the support of experienced leadership
- Sell solutions, not SKUs recommend hose, pipe, and related products based on real-world applications
- Problem-solve in the field investigate customer challenges and deliver practical, value-driven solutions
- Stay sharp keep up with industry trends, products, and best practices
- Collaborate internally work closely with operations, customer service, and technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Stay organized maintain accurate records, quotes, and customer interactions
Experience, Education and Skills
- HS Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
- 2+ years of industrial sales experience
- Experience with sales of hose, pipe, fittings, gaskets, etc., or closely related products is preferred
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working in industrial environments
- Strong communicator who can build credibility with plant managers, maintenance teams, and buyers
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
