HRIS Student Support Assistant - Human Resources The HRIS Student Support Assistant supports the HRIS team with end‑user assistance related to UKG Ready and other HR systems. This role focuses on answering common questions (such as how to submit time off), following established instructions, and supporting data quality and change‑management efforts. Responsibilities Respond to basic HRIS and UKG Ready questions using approved documentation and processes. Review documentation and job aids for clarity, accuracy, and grammatical errors. Assist with change‑management initiatives, including communications and user readiness support. Support data comparison and cleanup efforts by reviewing reports, identifying discrepancies, and flagging issues for the HRIS team. Help identify trends in questions or issues and support basic reporting for leadership review. Work collaboratively as part of a team‑based environment and follow defined escalation paths. Requirements Attention to detail; excellent oral and written skills. Ability to problem‑solve and retain knowledge of basic HR processes. Excellent interpersonal skills.
