As a Client Connection Specialist, you are the first voice clients hear. This is a salaried position with commission opportunities, designed for someone who wants to master the fundamentals of real estate from the inside out.

What You Will Do

• Create Connections: Spend your day engaging with people through inbound and outbound conversations.
• Provide Red Carpet Service: Use excellent communication to understand a client's needs and connect them with the right agent on our team.
• Master the Tech: Use systems like Follow Up Boss and SISU to track leads and ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Maintain Consistency: Follow up with potential buyers and sellers with the "Resilience" required to build long-term relationships.

Compensation & Growth

Responsibilities

What You Will Do
• Drive Quality Connections: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone conversations with the goal of turning leads into clients.
• Master the Follow-Up: Maintain consistent, resilient communication with buyers and sellers to ensure our team remains their top choice.
• Consult and Guide: Practice active listening and strategic questioning to understand client needs and direct them toward the right next steps.
• Authentic Communication: Utilize proven scripts and systems to ensure a predictable experience while maintaining a natural, confident, and human connection.
• Data Integrity: Accurately track every conversation and outcome within our core systems to uncover new opportunities for the team.
• Team Collaboration: Work directly with agents and leadership to ensure a seamless "red carpet" handoff from the first phone call to the first appointment.
