The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing,community-focused healthcare organization seeking a collaborative andforward-thinking Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical operations,provider engagement, and quality initiatives across an integrated care network.

This is an opportunity for a physician leader whowants to make a meaningful impact — not only on patients, but on providers,operational strategy, and the future growth of an organization deeply committedto underserved communities.

This organization serves approximately 13,000patients annually, with a strong focus on improving healthcare access andoutcomes within underserved communities. Many patients identify as Hispanic,and many prefer services in a language other than English.

This is more than a traditional CMO role. It’s anopportunity to influence organizational direction, strengthen provider culture,and help expand access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare throughout thecommunity.

What You'll Do

This is a highly visible executive leadership role combining both clinical leadership and patient care.

Schedule Split

• 40%Clinical Care

The CMO will provide clinical care approximately 2days per week while leading organizational clinical strategy, provider support,quality initiatives, and operational collaboration.

• Clinicaloversight across medical services and provider teams
• Providermentorship, onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Qualityimprovement initiatives tied to:
• HEDIS
• UDS
• HRSA
• Clinicalworkflows and operational optimization
• Recruitmentstrategy for physicians and APPs
• Strategicplanning and service line growth
• Boardand executive leadership presentations related to quality and performance

What We Are Looking For

Education, Experience and Certifications :

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, InternalMedicine, or Med-Peds (Pediatrics-only board certification not accepted)
• Progressive physician leadershipexperience required
• FQHCclinical experience required
• Experience serving as an Associate Medical Director,Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, or in a comparable physicianleadership role

• Experience in delivering integrated,patient-centered care
• Strong expertise in quality improvementand population health management
• Passion for provider engagement,mentorship, and retention
• Skilled in operational excellence andworkflow optimization
